Terms and Conditions

I have tried not to have many Terms and Conditions, but it is important you should know the following:

  • I buy tickets at Group rates which are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the agents that supply me, who in turn include those of the actual theatres and producers (all of which are available on request).
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.
  • If a show is cancelled by the Theatre, I will offer you a date change or vouchers for the full amount paid (or a refund back to the card you paid with minus my service charge). This does not include travel to and from the Theatre or any other consequential loss. This offer is valid for one year after a cancelled performance date.
  • I am not able to swap/cancel tickets due to unexpected events, including train strikes or illness.
  • The ticket price I display for each performance is just the actual cost to me. It takes a lot of time and expenditure to sustain the group, so I need to add an optional service charge (which I do at the checkout stage). Previously, I just automatically included this within the ticket price, but feel it is more transparent to show it separately. You will be given the opportunity to delete this charge during the order process although I may limit the number of tickets I am able to offer.
  • I am not a ticket agent – I am running a theatre club so that we can all get to see shows together at special rates because we’re going as a group. I have no control over the event or responsibility for any last minute changes and you should bear in mind that the Producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist(s). Lead characters are subject to change and may be affected by holiday, illness or events beyond the Producers control.
  • I will always do my best to advertise the seat rows I have on sale, and to help with any special requirements, but all seats are sold subject to availability and you need to be happy to sit anywhere within the rows listed.
  • I reserve the right to cancel any order received.
  • Tickets are now generally issued in e-ticket form and will be sent to the email address you enter when ordering. I will email you to let you know they have been sent, and you should let me know if they have not arrived. On receipt, please check your tickets carefully, ensuring they are for the correct performance, date, time & venue, and store them somewhere safely until required.
  • It is your responsibility to check with the theatre that the production is suitable for children and any minimum age requirement. Additionally if strobe lighting, flashing lights, smoke machines, loud noises etc are an issue, please check with the theatre directly as I do not list this information accurately.
  • The tickets are for your personal use. Should it be necessary, you may pass on these tickets to friends or family at, or below the price you paid for them. Please do not post your tickets on any other social media platforms or websites as these tickets are for members of my group only. Theatres are very strict about this and advertising these tickets for sale elsewhere will result in their immediate cancellation and could possibly cause cancellation of the entire group booking.
  • Please DO NOT contact the box office directly for any reason. You have bought tickets as part of a ‘Theatre from Annabelle’ group booking and the box office will only deal with me. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
